The Hamptons are located in Long Island, New York and consist of the areas known as Southampton and East Hampton. With that said, there are not many bells or whistles but it has a prime location of Southampton, which is one of the most popular vacation areas in all of the Hamptons. Made up of rooms within the main property and individual cottages, this hotel is very unique because there are no minimum stays required. All of the amenities of a standard hotel such as a microwave, toiletries, and private bathroom are included. This hotel is best summed up as reasonably priced within a great location.

The Mainstay Suites is a bed and breakfast located in Southampton. All rooms are nicely decorated, and a real continental breakfast is served each morning. While the staff is relatively small, they are readily accessible and keep all rooms tidy and well maintained. While this hotel is not the most expensive in the area, it ranges on the high end of moderately priced accommodations. For the convenient location and amenities, the pricing is spot on.
